Oldest Golf Club. Established in early 19th century – 1889. 18 holes. Situated at the base of Mount Pedro (Piduruthalagala) in the heart of the tea country. At 1890 feet above sea level it is lined with fir lined fairways bunkers and scenic surroundings. The 9th whole is an Island green surrounded by bunkers. Waters comes into play on 6 holes. This is a private resort. Rental Carts are available. Available are, Pro shops, Teaching Pro and lodging facilities, restaurants, club house, showers and changing room.
