The Kandi Ela Educational Forest Reserve is situated on a location bordering the Kande Ela tank which is about 12 Km from Nuwara Eliya on the Nuwara Eliya Pattipola Road.
This forest reserve is situated in a beautiful location and environment, which contains an array of various forest fauna and flora. It also contains an array of a very high quality of plants and is unique to the up country forest reservations.
